I'm Alyssa Karmel C. Lesaca, Yssa for short. I'm 17 going on 18 this year and an incoming 3rd year Linguistics major.
I'm a nutcase for waffles, pizza and burger - all of which I must avoid to eat. But I really love eating.
Music is my oxygen.
I watch movies as often as I can.

I can sleep 14 hours a day.
I used to have a psycho mp3 player.
I don't like studying.
I used to write poetry, but lately it doesn't just come to me.
My life pretty much sucks more often than not, just like everybody else's.
I share the same birthday with Jason Mraz.
I like changes.
Favorite actors: the Frat Pack, Jon Heder and Jackie Chan.
I'm not a big fan of cellphones, hence the laziness in texting.
I like wonderfully shot photos.
I'm a fan of dim lights.
Favorite color: Orange. Eversince I was a kid.

My dream is to be able to distinguish the dialectal variations of Spanish in Latin America.
I have plans to prove that Japanese is an Austronesian language, but not now because I'm still not that credible a linguist.

My pink watch has been with me since I was in Grade 3.

Best school year ever: 3rd year high school.
Big Christopher Pike fan. I have half of his novels kept neatly under my bed.
I like dogs. I have lots of them at home.

Some find it weird but I love singing the second voice part on songs.
I want to have either a musician or a historian as my partner in life.
Boy, do I love cars. That's the first thing I plan to buy when I start working.
I have the biggest crush on Chiaki Shinichi, who incidentally is a fictional character.
Favorite anime: Nodame Cantabile.
Someday, I want to pay a visit to Lesaca, Spain with my whole family.
I just want to live.
